We have used Ray Water Heater Dude for several seasons. Very reliable and trustworthy service. We had our furnaces serviced for fall and had preventative drain cleaning and dryer vent cleaning performed. Demetri, our technician did a great job as usual. Demetri was great from the start. He was very thorough when he came out to quote us, gave us the best option for location (which some other companies didn’t do), and it was a very reasonable quote. Some of the other companies we had quote the job clearly were trying to take advantage and do work that was unnecessary just to increase the ticket amount, but The Water Heater Dude was very straight forward. They were so easy to schedule with and even donate the old water heater to those that can’t afford one. On the day of install, they were very quick and made the process so easy. I would absolutely call them for any plumbing needs and we can’t wait to use our new tankless water heater!
